Zach Turner
Zach has seen that many organizations treat operational efficiency, risk management, and workplace culture as completely separate departments. In his experience, they are deeply interconnected. His career has been defined by bridging this exact gap—helping businesses scale effectively while protecting their two most valuable assets: their data and their people.
Zach’s foundation is built on years of extensive exposure to high-velocity operations and distribution. Working inside the supply chains of healthcare and retail giants like Cardinal Health, lululemon, and Amazon, he witnessed firsthand how operational bottlenecks impact the front lines. More importantly, he saw how a healthy organizational culture acts as the ultimate catalyst for productivity and employee retention.
Taking those lessons into the technology sector, Zach spent nearly four years working in a sales and marketing privacy program for Microsoft. Here, the challenge shifted from physical logistics to digital compliance and corporate governance. His work specialized in protecting the organization by teaching cross-functional teams how to recognize and mitigate structural risks before making critical business moves.
By blending rigorous operations and risk methodologies with a deep understanding of human behavior, Zach gives businesses the insight they need to achieve optimal business health.
Zach completed his bachelors from BYU-Idaho and masters in supply chain from the University of Washington College of Engineering. Additionally, he is a Certified Scrum Master and holds all levels of Lean Six Sigma through Master Black Belt.

Raquel Bosch Turner
Raquel’s journey is rooted in a lifetime of culture, movement, and adaptation. Moving to a different country at four years old, followed by a life spent navigating various states, she developed a deep appreciation for human connection and cultural diversity. By age twelve, this passion found a voice in the art of Hula and Tahitian dance, where she learned the true meaning of sharing aloha—a foundation that led her to perform on hundreds of stages where she thrived on audience connection.
Individuality shaped her early career as a licensed cosmetologist and freelance makeup artist in South Florida, where she rejected “one-size-fits-all” beauty to focus on enhancing each client’s unique features. During that time, she trained under the sisterhood of Ohana Arts Studio in Hollywood, Florida. After moving to Washington State, bringing this mission of cultural sharing to the Pacific Northwest, she established The Culture Rush in Bellevue, Washington. Through this work, she saw firsthand how bringing culture directly to people from all walks of life builds a deep, shared bond and a true sense of unity.
Raquel has balanced her focus by growing her family while earning her associate’s degree and continuing her studies toward her bachelor’s degree. With a specialization in social media marketing, she unlocked the ability to target the right audience and speak to them directly. Her current undergraduate focus in family history research beautifully completes this cycle—bridging rigorous research methodologies with practical solutions for cultural and audience connection to create a profound sense of belonging. Leveraging this expertise, Raquel has built a diverse portfolio of audience-targeted content creation and digital strategy across the entertainment, fine arts, construction, and beauty industries, helping businesses build an authentic brand footprint.
